Is our service free?

Yes, as of now our service is completely free. Although its free there are some limitations like videos longer than 15 minutes are not accepted for conversion. Being free our service is a bit slower. Besides that there's no other limitation.

Is it safe and secure to use?

Yes, it is 100% safe and secure to use our platform. We don't store any user information on our servers. The only information that is stored are user preferences. User preferences are stored locally in the browser so only you can access them. If you are still concerned then check our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

How to use Advanced Options?

The advanced options are a powerful tool to enhance usage of our service which is why we have a created this separate guide just for it.

Why are my converted files in low quality?

There can be a lot of reasons which could lead to these issues. Please refer our Common Issues page. If issues still persists then Contact Us.

It depends on what you are using our service for. If you are using it for personal use then it is perfectly fine and completely legal. If you are using for commercial use then it will go against YouTube's Terms of Service. Please go through our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more coverage on this topic.

Why is the converter so slow?

Our converter is a free to use service to compromise that we use limited resources to operate our service.

Can I download private videos?

No, you cannot private videos using our converter. This is because private videos are hidden on the YouTube platform and therefore cannot be accessed by anybody.

Can I download unlisted videos?

Yes, as long as you have the URL of the video you can download both audio and video files of the unlisted video.

Is it possible to recover a converted file?

No, currently our system doesn't have a recovery system. So if you lost a converted file you will have to reconvert the YouTube video again.

If you happen to convert a YouTube video but forgot to download it or accidentally refreshed the page then you will have to reconvert the YouTube video since the previously converted file would be deleted.
