We have a special feature called Advanced Options in our Converter. This feature allows users to control how their conversion will occur. Currently it has three options. They are:
We will go over them one by one in detail so that you can know how to use them effectively.
Audio Quality is an option that allows users to control the sound quality of the audio in the converted file. There are 7 options available for this option. They are:
We use K here to represent the audio quality in kbps, so 128K means 128kbps. The default is set to 192K. There are lot of options to choose from.
The actual audio quality of the converted file may vary depending on the YouTube video. The converter can only use the audio available in the video. It cannot improve the audio quality beyond what is already available in the video.
Increasing the audio quality will increase the file size of the converted file. Usually it is fine to use a audio quality of 192K or 256K. Incase you want to save space, you can use a audio quality of 96K or 128K. If care about the audio quality, you can use a audio quality of 512K.
If the quality you are looking for is unavailable then the converter will switch over to the next best available option. For example, you chose 512K but the YouTube video you are trying to convert has a qaulity of 320K then the converted file will also have 320K quality.
Video Quality is an options that allows users to decide the video resolutions of the converted file. It is only available if you are converting to a video (common sense). There are also 7 options available for this option. They are:
We offer a wide range of options while still allowing the user to download videos in the lowest (240p) or highest quality (4K). The default is set to 720p. Similar to audio quality, the higher the resolution, the higher the file size. The lower the resolution, the lower the file size.
If the video quality you are looking for is unavailable on YouTube, the converter will automatically choose the next best option. For example, if you choose 4K but the video is only available in 1080p, the converter will automatically switch over to 1080p.
We don't allow users to select a resolution lower than 240p because it will be too low for most users. Also only use the 4K option if you have a 4K display or you want to watch the video on a 4K display. Otherwise, it is a waste of space as the result will be the same as 1080p or 1440p.
Auto Download is an which automatically starts the download of the converted file as soon as conversion finishes. The default is set to off. When you turn this option on, the converter will automatically start the download of the converted file 1 second after the conversion finishes.
This is useful when you are not near your device and you want to convert and download a video. You can turn this option on and convert the video while you are away from your device. When you come back, the converted file will be automatically downloaded.
